Who we are
bleedr is a creative agency in Skopje, North Macedonia. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. Questions about your data go to hello@bleedr.studio.
We follow the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) for visitors and clients in the EU and Switzerland.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. We need it to deliver the site and keep it secure (legal basis: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only as long as needed for that and then deleted. We do not use them to identify you.
Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends nothing to Google or other third parties.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The site only stores what it needs to work:
- Your cookie choice, in your browser’s local storage, so we don’t ask again.
- A note that you have seen the intro animation, in session storage, deleted when you close the tab.
- A sign-in cookie for our team’s admin area. Visitors never get it.
If we ever add analytics, it will only run after you accept, and this page will say so first. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
When you email us
When you write to us, we use your name, email address and what you send to reply and, if we work together, to run the project (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep it as long as the conversation or project needs, and longer only where accounting or tax law requires it.
When you apply for a job
Applications (CV, portfolio, cover letter) are used only to decide on your application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them six months after the process ends, unless you agree that we keep them for future roles.
Who else sees your data
We don’t sell or rent personal data. It only goes to service providers who help us run the site and the studio, such as our web host (Hostinger) and email provider, under data processing agreements, or to authorities where the law requires it.
We are based in North Macedonia. When personal data from the EU or Switzerland reaches us, we protect it as the GDPR and the FADP require.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to hello@bleedr.studio.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in North Macedonia the Personal Data Protection Agency, in the EU the authority where you live or work, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We update this page when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
