The rules for using this website. Client projects are covered by their own written agreement.

About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses bleedr.studio, the website of bleedr, a creative agency in Skopje, North Macedonia. By using the site you accept them.

Our work and our clients’ work

Everything on this site (design, text, images, animations, code and the bleedr name and logo) belongs to bleedr or to the clients whose work we show, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names, logos and brands belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.

You are welcome to share links to our pages. Anything beyond that, such as copying, republishing or using our work or our clients’ work in your own, needs our written permission first. Ask at hello@bleedr.studio.

No offer

What we write about our services and process is general information, not an offer. Every project is agreed in a written proposal or contract, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break into it, overload it, or collect its content automatically on a large scale.

Availability and liability

We build the site with care, but we provide it as it is and can’t promise it is always available, complete or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies, with the date at the top.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and the courts in Skopje have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live still apply.
